– We attend events in Ontario so you can come and visit us at our booth. We will post the dates and events that we are attending under our Events page.
6. Do you accept returns?
– We do not accept any returns. Most of our products are customized to your unique individual style and we make them based on your request so hopefully you are 100% happy with your order. Thanks for understanding.
7. Do you ship to overseas?
– Yes, we can ship to almost anywhere. If the rate for shipment seems like it’s too expensive, send us an email and we will look for a better shipping rate and get back to you.
8. Can I buy a painting as a gift and ship it to my friend’s address?
– Yes, when you Check Out you can enter a different shipping address then your billing address.
9. How can I create an account?
– When you go through the Cart Check Out process you will have an option to create an acount located above “Your order”. – If you have a painting that you would like to have on your wall, you can email us the image and we will let you know if we can make one similar to your picture.
